These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crafty Host Site website ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content (text, images, logos, etc.) that you provide to us for use in your website.  Crafty Host Site retains ownership of any custom designs or code developed specifically for your project.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

Crafty Host Site warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.  However, we make no other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.

5. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.  We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Website for any reason, with or without notice.  You may terminate these Terms by ceasing use of the Website.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crafty Host Site will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafty Host Site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services.
